Refund Policy

 

Saravacert Solution LLP is committed to providing high-quality consultancy services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.

  1. Nature of Services
    Our services involve consultancy, documentation, coordination with third-party agencies (such as certification bodies, laboratories, and regulatory authorities), and professional expertise. As these services are time-bound and resource-driven, refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned below.
  2. Advance Payments
    All advance payments made towards consultancy services are generally non-refundable, as they cover initial consultation, resource allocation, and project initiation activities.
  3. Eligibility for Refund
    Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
    • If the project has not been initiated by Saravacert Solution LLP
    • If a duplicate payment has been made by the client
    • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative and service charges.

  1. Non-Refundable Cases
    No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
    • Delay or rejection by government authorities, certification bodies, or third parties
    • Non-cooperation, delay, or failure to provide required documents/information by the client
    • Change in regulatory policies or requirements
    • Services already delivered or work already completed
    • Change of mind or cancellation by the client after project initiation
  2. Partial Refunds
    In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered if a project is canceled midway. The refund amount will be calculated based on the stage of work completed and resources utilized.
  3. Third-Party Fees
    Fees paid to third-party agencies such as government bodies, certification authorities, or laboratories are strictly non-refundable and are governed by their respective policies.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    Any request for cancellation must be made in writing via email. Cancellation requests will be reviewed, and eligibility for refund will be determined as per this policy.
  5. Refund Process
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
  6. Dispute Resolution
    In case of any disputes related to payments or refunds, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, it shall be subject to jurisdiction as per applicable laws of India.
